Replacement Eligibility

Product Eligibility

At Elviro Emirates, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure that all products are delivered in their original condition. If you receive a product that is incorrect, defective, broken, faulty, or damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement.

Complaint Timeframe

All complaints must be reported within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Replacement requests made within 7 days of delivery will be processed free of charge.

  • Requests made after 7 days may be subject to additional replacement or shipping charges.


Replacement Process

How to Initiate a Replacement

To request a replacement, please contact our customer support team on WhatsApp within the eligible timeframe and provide:

  • Order details

  • Clear photos or a video showing the issue with the product

In many cases, the issue may be related to product usage, and our support team will guide you with troubleshooting steps. If the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, incorrect, or faulty, the replacement process will proceed as follows:


Option A – Ship to Our Warehouse

You may be asked to return the product in its original packaging, including:

  • Original product box

  • All accessories and manuals

Please ship the item to:

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a replacement will be shipped within 5 working days at no additional cost (if eligible).


Option B – Courier Pickup & Replacement

Alternatively, we may arrange a courier pickup and replacement service within 14 working days.

Please ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging with all included accessories before handing it over to the courier.


Important Notes

  • Replacements are only applicable for products that are defective, damaged, faulty, or incorrectly delivered.

  • We do not offer replacements for:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect product selection by the customer

    • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product functionality


Refund Policy

At this time, Elviro Emirates does not offer refunds on purchased products.

Customers are encouraged to review product details carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • Cancellation requests made within 24 hours will be processed free of charge.
  • Once the order has been dispatched or shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team with your order details as soon as possible on WhatsApp.
